CPAC’s photography education program is the most established of its kind in the Denver Metro region. From one-day intensive workshops to immersive, four-week classes, we offer a range of courses geared toward creative development for photographers seeking to further their skills and careers. Our instructors are among the best in the business, and include diverse faculty of professional photographers in the commercial, fine art, and academic markets.

Concept: Salt prints have a delicacy and depth not found in modern photographic materials, and can give a range of tones from brick red to purple-brown to rich chocolate. Learn the history and chemistry behind the process, as well as negative selection, paper selection, coating, exposure controls, processing, toning, and waxing. *Online registration for workshops and lectures may close as early as 3-5 days prior to the start date or when the class is near capacity. A $15.00 Late registration fee will be applied 5 days prior the the start of class.  Please contact us at the Center if you are having difficulty registering for a class – online registration may be closed, but there may still be room for more students. It is imperative that we reach our minimum registration requirement, which varies with each class, to guarantee that a class will not be cancelled due to low enrollment.  Classes and workshops may be cancelled for under-enrollment 24-48 hours prior to the start of class.  If you have any questions regarding the current registration status of a class or workshop feel free to give us a call.
